Refund Policy

1. Nature of the Service

TripStone is a digital service that provides AI-powered travel planning. All services are delivered electronically and instantly upon payment. Due to the digital nature of our product, the following refund terms apply.

2. Pricing Plans

• —Single Plan Unlock — $5.00 USD (one-time payment to unlock a single trip plan)
• —Annual Subscription — $30.00 USD per year (unlimited access to all trip plans)

A free preview of 1 day of any trip plan is available to all users at no charge.

3. Refund Policy

General Rule: All purchases are final and non-refundable. Since TripStone delivers digital content instantly upon payment, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been accessed.

Exceptions: We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following cases:

• —Technical failure — You were charged but did not receive access to the purchased service due to a technical error on our side.
• —Duplicate charge — You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processing error.
• —Service not as described — The service materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase and you contact us within 7 (seven) calendar days of the purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under one of the exceptions above, please contact us at:

Include the following in your request:

• —Your account email address
• —Date of purchase
• —Transaction ID or payment confirmation
• —Description of the issue

We will review your request within 5 (five) business days and notify you of our decision.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and may take up to 10 (ten) business days.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Annual Subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period. You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account and contest the chargeback. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" or the laws of your country of residence, where such rights cannot be waived by agreement.
