TripStone is an AI-powered travel planning platform that generates personalized trip itineraries. The Service is provided entirely online as a digital product. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.

• —Free preview: 1 day of any trip plan at no cost
• —Paid access to full trip plans

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Registration

To make a purchase, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• —Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• —All activities that occur under your account

4. Pricing and Payment

• —All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
• —Payments are processed securely through WayForPay payment gateway.
• —Accepted payment methods: Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards.
• —Payment is charged at the time of purchase.
• —Annual Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Free Preview

All users can view 1 day of any trip plan for free, without creating an account or making a payment. No credit card is required for the free preview.

6. Service Delivery

All services are delivered digitally and instantly:

• —Single Plan Unlock: Full trip plan becomes accessible immediately after successful payment.
• —Annual Subscription: Unlimited access is activated immediately after successful payment and remains active for 12 months.

No physical delivery or shipping is involved.

7. Subscription and Cancellation

• —You may cancel your Annual Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@tripstone.app.
• —Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• —No prorated refunds are issued for unused portions of the subscription period.
• —After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period.

8. Refund Policy

All purchases are generally final and non-refundable. For exceptions, please refer to our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

• —All content on the Platform, including AI-generated trip plans, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TripStone or its licensors.
• —You may use trip plans generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• —You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• —Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• —Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• —Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• —Resell or commercially exploit the content generated by the Service

11. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Trip plans are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and planning purposes only. We do not guarantee:

• —The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in trip plans
• —Availability, pricing, or operating hours of third-party venues, hotels, or attractions
• —Safety or suitability of any suggested activities or locations

You are solely responsible for verifying all information and making your own travel decisions. TripStone is not a travel agency and does not book flights, hotels, or any services on your behalf.

12. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (hotels, attractions, booking platforms). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• —The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• —We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• —Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FOP Kravchuk Volodymyr Serhiiovych from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
